To be successful candidates the Cake Decorators should be abreast of the latest styles, techniques, and trends in cake decoration, should be able to demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

The candidates should also be a proven Cake & Confectionery bakers. Able to work with buttercream, fondant, sugar flowers, fresh cream, and great in color combinations.
