Red Velvet Muffin Cake

Standard Red Velvet Cake Mix Recipe:


  1. BakeKing Home red velvet cake mix – 1kg
  2. Eggs – 350gr
  3. Oil – 275gr
  4. Water – 225kg


  1. a) Eggs + red velvet mix – using paddle beater mix 1-minute slow speed then 2 minutes medium speed.
  2. Scrap the Powel.
  3. Add water and oil – continue mixing for 1-minute slow speed + 2 minutes medium speed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking pan or baking ring and bake 170°c for approx 25 minutes according to the oven type And muffin size.
