Red Velvet Cake

Standard Red Velvet Cake Mix Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. BakeKing red velvet cake mix – 1kg
  2. Eggs – 350gr
  3. Oil – 275gr
  4. Water – 225kg

PROCESS:

  1. Eggs + red velvet mix – using paddle beater mix 1 minute slow speed then 2 minutes medium speed.
  2. Scrap the Powel.
  3. Add water and oil – continue mixing for 1 minute slow speed + 2 minutes medium speed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking pan or baking ring and bake 150°c for approx 40 minutes according to the oven type

CREAM CHEESE FILLING

  1. Cream Cheese – 1.5 kg
  2. Butter – 1 kg
  3. Sugar powder – 750gr
  4. Lemon flavor – 5gr
  5. Vanilla flavor – 2gr

PROCESS:

  1. Mix the cream cheese using paddle beater for 20 minutes or until smooth then add the flavors
  2.  Mix the butter with sugar for 20 minutes or until smooth
  3. Mix the tow mixtures together by hand until uniformed.
