Double Chocolate Cake and Muffins

Standard Double Chocolate Cake Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. BAKEKING DBL CHOCO CAKE MIX – 1kg
  2. Eggs – 350gr
  3. Oil – 275gr
  4. Water  – 225kg

PROCESS:

  1. Eggs + DBL CHOCO MIX – using paddle beater mix 1 minute slow speed then 2 minutes medium speed.
  2. Scrap the Powel.
  3. Add water and oil – continue mixing for 1 minute slow speed + 2 minutes medium speed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking pan for loafs or baking muffin cups and bake 170°c for approx 25 minutes for muffins according to the oven type And muffin size and for 35 minutes for loafs
