Chocolate & Almond Biscotti

Standard Dbl Choco or Vanilla Cake Mix Recipe:


  1. BakeKing DBL CHOCO or VANILLA MIX  – 1kg
  2. Bread Flour – 400gr
  3. Eggs – 250gr
  4. Butter – 180gr
  5. Rough chopped whole Almonds/ Chocó chips/ walnuts/ hazelnuts – 200kg


  1. Add Eggs, vanilla or dbl Chocó cake mix ,flour and butter- using paddle beater mix 4 minute slow speed.
  2. Scrap the Powel.
  3. Add (Rough chopped whole Almonds/ Chocó chips/ walnuts/ hazelnuts) and mix to clear
  4. Scale 1.3kg loafs and rolls out into stick shape. Place onto baking tray.
  5. Bake at 175c to 180c, for approx 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cool to room temperature, and then cut into 1” slices. Place onto double baking sheet cut side down, and bake for 10 minutes at 175c.
