Double chocolate cake layers

Standard Double Chocolate Cake Recipe:

Ingredients

  1. BAKEKING DBL CHOCO CAKE MIX  – 1kg
  2. Eggs – 350gr
  3. Oil – 275gr
  4. Water – 225gr

PROCESS:

  1. Eggs + DBL CHOCO CAKE MIX – using paddle beater mix 1 minute slow speed then 2 minutes medium speed.
  2. Scrap the Powel.
  3. Add water and oil – continue mixing for 1 minute slow speed + 2 minutes medium speed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking pan or baking ring and bake 150°c for approx 40 minutes according to the oven type
  5. When its cooled slice the cake to the 3 layers
  6. Add chocolate filling between the layers
  7. Put the cake in the chiller to cool down and set up the filling
  8. Pour on the top the chocolate glaze and decorate with cocoa powder and chocolate decorations.
