Choco Crumply Red Cherry Muffins

Standard Double Choco Cake Mix Recipe:


  1. bakeKing Double Choco Mix – 1 kg
  2. Eggs 350 gr
  3. Oil 275 gr
  4. Water 225 kg
  5. Red Cherry Dried Chopped 120 gr


  1. Eggs + vanilla cake mix- using paddle beater mix 1 minute slow speed then 2 minutes medium speed.
  2. Scrap the Powel.
  3. Add water and oil – continue mixing for 1 minute slow speed + 2 minutes medium speed.
  4. Add the CHOPPED RED CHERRY and mix for 30 second on slow speed
  5. Add on the top of muffins amount of crumple
  6. Bake at 170°c for approx 25 minutes for muffins according to the oven type And muffin size.
  7. Decorate with sprinkle of powder sugar and one piece of whole dried cheery
