Carrot Cake Style Muffins
STANDARD VANILLA CAKE RECIPE:

water | 225 gr | |
Sinnamon powder | 15 gr | |
Grated carrot | 120 gr | |
Raisins (sultanas) | 30 gr | |
Oat Flakes / walnuts | Topping |
PROCESS:
- Eggs + VANILLA MIX – using paddle beater mix 1 minute slow speed then 2 minutes medium speed.
- Scrap the Powel.
- Add water and oil – continue mixing for 1 minute slow speed
- Add carrots and raisins
- Scrap the Powel and Add the oil and mix for 3 minutes on slow speed
- Put on the top oats then Pour the mixture into the baking muffin cups then put on the top (oat flakes/ walnuts)and bake at 170 for approx 25 minutes
